Channel 7 Program Launch
Rio, Channel 7 Queensland Program Launch, that’s when we went to Rio!
Chez Nous Corporate paraded a vibrant and inspired menu for Channel 7’s carnival-themed program launch, celebrating the 2016 Rio Olympics, at The Joinery.
A host of VIP guests including Olympic hopefuls, Channel 7 television personalities, celebrity chefs and local media were treated to a colourful menu including Moreton Bay Bugs on Peppered Macarons and Haloumi & Fig Boats. The star-studded event also featured a dedicated Champagne bar and a custom created tropical punch to capture all the colour and flavour of Rio.

Bunnings Buildings Solutions First Birthday
It was a case of tools down, food up when the team at Bunnings Building Solutions in Cannon Hill celebrated their first birthday with a feast of flavours from Chez Nous Corporate.
The custom designed menu celebrated the various countries of origin of stocked appliances and included such creations as a Lamington Ayer’s Rock Cake to represent Australia, Cheese Kransky Sausages with Sauerkraut & Mashed Potato for Germany and Chicken Fusilli Boxes for Italy.
Chez Nous Corporate relished the opportunity to custom design this themed-menu!
J & A Wedding Reception
Love was certainly in the fare when we catered for the first wedding of the year at The Joinery.
The spectacular celebration was a three-course, sit down affair, where guests enjoyed alternate entrees of Moreton Bay Bugs on Peppered Macarons and Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli along with shared mains of Roasted Rib Fillet with Red Wine Jus and Roasted Organic Chicken with Salsa Verde. The menu ended on a seriously sweet note with a custom designed dessert station featuring Nutella Macarons, a special request from the couple who share a love for Nutella, as well Crème Brule Shots, a take on the groom’s favourite dessert.
Chez Nous Corporate loved creating a menu as beautiful and individual as the couple who commissioned it.
Brisbane Lions’ Season Launch
The Brisbane Lions kicked off the start of their season with a roaring launch party at The Joinery, catered by Chez Nous Corporate.
Hungry pre-season appetites met their match against a strong line-up of menu items including crowd-pleases Chicken with Asian Slaw and Mushroom Bruschetta. It was our decadent Chocolate Mousse Cones which took out best on ground though.
Fireman’s Third Birthday Party
Chez Nous Corporate had a blast custom designing a fun-filled menu for a very special fireman themed third birthday held at The Joinery.
A ravenous squad of 35 children were served plated hot dogs and fries, washed down with custom-designed ‘fire extinguisher’ bottled water and topped off with colour coordinated layered jelly cups and fruit cups. The grown up contingent snacked on other party favourites including Mini Pies and Dagwood Dogs but it was the red-hot spread of desserts and sweet treats at the decadent dessert station which ignited the most excitement for the young and young at heart.
