Chez Nous Corporate Policies
Placement of Orders
As each order is made fresh to your specific requirements, please place orders by 2pm of the previous day. We do our best to accommodate short notice orders for which all items and delivery times are subject to availability.
You can place your order by email, fax or speak with our corporate sales staff
*All orders over $100.00 will receive a complimentary 2L bottle Orange Juice.
(1 per customer per day)
Weekend catering available by special arrangement. A surcharge will apply.
Delivery
Please contact our office on 3844 8588 for delivery fees.
All deliveries prior to 7am & after 5.30pm will incur an out of hours
surcharge of $50
+ GST.
Please note: Deliveries to areas outside Brisbane city and local surrounds are not available during peak hours (9am-10am, 11am-12pm or after 3pm). Except by special arrangement.
Catering Equipment
Chez Nous Corporate will collect all service equipment upon completion of your event/function.
All catering equipment is the property of Chez Nous Corporate.
All catering equipment must be cleaned prior to collection.
A cost will be incurred for any breakages or items not returned
Service Staff
Service staff and chefs are available Monday to Friday on request (minimum 3hrs).
Payment
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from date of function. A tax invoice will be issued on the day of the order.
Payment options include cheque, direct transfer into our bank account or credit card. We accept Visa / Master Card/ Bank Card/ Amex.
All credit card transactions incur a 3% processing surcharge + GST.
Any orders over $1,000.00 will require a 20% deposit.
Cancellations
Twelve hours notice must be given for all cancellations, or the full charge of the order will apply. *Please note prices are subject to change without notice
