Our Raceday menu also features Winning Sweep, a selection of individual menu items including Frittata, Cheese Platter, Fruit Platter and Thoroughbread Mix, an array of filled baguettes, bagels and Turkish bread.

True to form, the wedding bells have been reverberating through Chez Nous Corporate HQ non-stop over the last few months and we have to say, our couples have been ringing in their nuptials with complete flair and flavour.

The recent wedding reception hosted at our partner venue The Joinery for Brisbane Bullet’s player Adam Gibson and his beautiful bride Montana was bang on.

The couple hit the mark straight up with Champagne served from a stunning aerial artist suspended from the ceiling, backed up by a delicious selection of roving canapes including Tempura Prawns with Coconut Chili Aioli, Chorizo, Grilled Cypriot Haloumi & Rosemary Skewers and Arancini Risotto Balls with White Wine, Porcini Mushrooms & Fontina Cheese.

For the seated offering, Chez Nous Corporate came out guns blazing with an alternate drop entrée featuring Slow Roasted Asian Sticky Pork Belly with Pureed Pumpkin & Toasted Candied Walnuts as well as Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli Pillows in Sundried Tomato, White Wine & Wilted Baby Spinach Cream Sugo.

Things fired up with an alternate drop main of Balsamic Glazed Eye Fillet served with Thyme Buttered Mushrooms, Asparagus Spears & Whipped Persian Fetta Potato Mash and Organic Chicken Breast filled with Haloumi, Baby Spinach & Semi Dried Tomato finished in a Lime Beurre Blanc Sauce and served with Leek and Potato Galette.

The culinary pressure was on when Masterchef Season 9 contestant Emily Ko and husband Andrew celebrated their nuptials at The Joinery. Needless to say, Chez Nous Corporate were on their game, taking home the team challenge with an elaborate grazing antipasto station, roving canapes including fork food offering and decadent dessert table.

Chez Nous Corporate started strong with a sprawling grazing antipasto station featuring a selection of Australian and imported cheeses, Italian cured meats, marinated vegetables, condiments and crusty bread.

Next up, the team took to the floor with a range of roving canapés, with highlights including Petite Fillet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce, Steamed Bao Bun with Sticky Pork, Pickled Cucumber & Julienne Carrot, moving to some more substantial offerings including Braised Beef Cheek with Sweet Potato Mash.

The contest finished strong with a decadent dessert table featuring Mini Belgium Chocolate Mousse Shots with Clotted Cream & Salted Caramel, Mini Pavlova Shots with Lemon Curd, Fresh Cream & Fresh Fruit, Mini Red Velvet Cheesecake Shots, Mini Banoffee Shots with Banana, Caramel, Cream & Biscuit Crumb and Mini Cheesecake Shots with Fresh Fruit.
